I started DDS program (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in fall 1994 and graduated in summer 2000 from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, School of Dentistry, Tehran, IRAN.

My final project was titled as:
"Study the necessity of using Tomography technique in showing the mesiodistal aspect of mandibular teeth" under the supervision of Dr. H. Bashizadeh Assistant Professor of Maxillofacial Radiology Department.

The fields of my interest:

Special thanks to all my teachers during the program, specially:

• Missing lower right 5
• No pain
• The teeth No. 4 and 6 are in normal situation, just a mesio-occlusal amalgam filling on 6.
• The space between lower right 4 and 6 is enough for eruption of a premolar
• The radiograph:

• Bonding orthodontics braces on the tooth number 3,4, 6 of the same quadrant
• A very small window (5*5mm) on gum and bone on the impacted tooth (by DR S. M. Mortazavi)
• Bonding orthodontics brace on the exposed impacted tooth
• Helping the impacted, to change the direction of eruption by elastic band and getting help from the adjacent teeth
• Follow up

• Old 2-2 fixed prosthodontics
• Destroyed teeth under the bridge
• Both 1,1 where in a stable condition
• The photograph after removing the bridge and some caries:

• First I examined endo and perio of the upper right 2(root and gum, bone).
• I consulted about same issues with an endodontist and a periodontist, they thought that the tooth can be saved by some treatments
• I practiced a root canal retreat on the tooth.
• I made the wires on a cast then attached with some composite to the adjacent teeth.
• Then the really patient lady tolerated that very bad condition about 2 months.
• The treatment was successful, and I could pull it out more than 2 mm
